  • Effect: Combination of heat, water vapor and beneficial effects of mineral salt on the human organism. Salt has beneficial effects on the skin – it ensures natural peeling and improves the overall blood supply.
  • Indications: allergies, rhinitis, respiratory diseases, rheumatic gravity, total detoxification of the organism 

Finnish sauna

  • Temperature: 60 - 70 °C
  • Relative humidity: 5 - 15 %
  • Effect: hyperthermal bath with hot air, followed by instant cooling of the body with cold water. The procedure is repeated 2-3 times and ends with the relaxation phase in the tepidarium
  • Indications: inflammations of the breathing ways, rheumatic diseases, as a prevention, for increasing immunity, eventually for regeneration.

Herbal inhalation

  • Temperature: 45 °C
  • Relative humidity: 50 %
  • Effect: inhalation of the eucalyptus has a beneficial effect especially on the airways
  • Indications: bronchial asthma, upper respiratory catarrh, cough, mucus release, joint pain, sleep disorder, dry cracked skin, stretched muscles, killing clots, light depression
  • Also suitable for children

Tepidarium

Tepidarium is a relaxation booth for relaxation among the individual phases of sauna and after its end. It consists of two heated shaped couchettes and four beds.

Water way

  • Temperature: 40-50 ° C in the hot part and 10-15 ° C in the cold part
  • Effect: based on the principles of Kneipp hydrotherapy - changing water temperatures and their influence on the human organism
  • Procedure: The path consists of 4 parts, each filled with water of different temperature. The start is in hot water, after 1-2 minutes followed by crossing into cold water, which needs to stay there for at least 15-30 seconds. The whole cycle is repeated several times.
  • Indications: headache, migraine, vegetative ailments and disorders of blood circulation.
